Cyclone
A tsunami of emotion comes crashing down on my head and I'm drowning. I can't escape these feelings anymore they consume me and like the boat on the waves I rock desperately trying to stabilise. But I capsize. The torrent of tears pours from my eyes and I feel like a hurricane inside. Twisting and turning in my mind and I try. Try so hard to control the storm that overwhelms me but the winds are too strong and I fall. It's man overboard. And then it's all over in a flash of lightning. Over so quickly but the effects last longer. But like always, in time, I'll recover
