curious
lost in my subconscious behind everything i've ever seen it's packed in the basement of my mind stuffed away in a tote, under everything my river of knowledge is blocked with a dam a concrete dam. an inconveniently placed concrete dam. but i think i can break it if i destroy it, i get my knowledge back my knowledge gets moved from the worst spot in my head and is instead placed in a spot where i'll always have it. maybe i could cause a war. a nuclear war. an inconveniently timed nuclear war. that would for sure break the dam but what if the war destroys my knowledge alongside the dam? what if it's already somehow destroyed? poems and facts and theories used to flow out of me like ink does out of a pen but that doesn't happen it seems like everything i write is trash so i need to obliterate the dam. i cannot lose my spark. the nuclear war may not work, but i know what could simply, flood the river. the pressure of water should destroy it. and off i go, to gather water. as i return to the dam, i realize something. knowledge is forever whether you know it or not, it sticks like glue. i don't need to break the dam. all i have to do is search. search, search, i got it! and i'm holding knowledge in my hands
