Crystal trees:
Crystal trees upon a moonlit sky. Dead leaves upon a frozen ground beneath. Snow is falling on these icy limbs. Whilst my spirit cries as you start to leave. I have died countless times like this old tree. But look inside my eyes and you shall see me down here on my knees. Bleeding out for all to see. Ashes to ashes and dust to dust. Oh my! They broke my trust. Plant me in the garden for I am crushed. Crushed like dreams. Beneath Their thrones of deceit. Is this what they call defeat? Blossoms of trees that I've passed now litter the path I walk. Wrapped in chains and set ablaze I talk. Embraced by darkness. I'm held captive by my thoughts. Loves savior won? No, love is lost. Here I stand with heart in hand wishing that our paths never crossed. Here I stand reading this page from the book I was given by Pain. Right before he died overlooking the lake pristine. Which lies frozen in time in this now icy wasteland. Now take my hand and walk with me for I am Lonely.
