Crucified

Trampled on the ground Clamped with chains around Laid behind a stone Crucified Nailed to a cross For me and for you To be saved He did it for me To sail without fail He erased my sins Took a bullet for me The throbbing pain He gained for mi Always by my side But still we take him for a ride He helped me to fear no falls Nor shed a tear What did we do to thank him? He paid a price for me Crucified Made a sinner Before the eyes of the living God "God forgive them for they are blinded by animosity " He didn't just die He died for me He didn't just rise He raised for my salvation But what did i do to thank him? He was rejected and alone Playing the role of my real survivor Trampled on the ground Clamped by chains Around Crucified Took my sins My burden My judgment on the cross For me to be saved What did i do to thank him?? For he was crucified for my sake He changed my kismet To bring contentment In the name of love He brought me back to life Till kingdom come Jesus died for us Where would i be If wasn't for him But what did i do To thank him???
