Crowds
Crowds are loud They speak echoes the avenue And I wonder if mine would too But the book in my hands interests me more 'As the mermaid makes her way to shore...' I wonder, Will the mermaid survive on land? For only her legs are anew Though her beauty divine Words don't seem to mind Will she be okay on land? Alas, a happy ending. Will I be able to comprehend? Like how she walks bare on land To end happily with a man Crowds are not mermaids Myself is too not a kid Life's storyline might be wrong and boring Though I always find crowds stories rather fascinating With its neverending.
