Crazy
Your thick hair dripped down your back like caramel Your warm eyes shined in the light so beautifully You sat there, pen in hand How could someone be so effortlessly beautiful? maybe I was crazy but your kind words put butterflies in my stomach My heart fluttered when I stared into your eyes your voice, so gently spoken I found comfort in your presence your laugh brought me joy, knowing you were happy maybe I was crazy you were just a girl but I was convinced that maybe you were perfect in my eyes, a halo formed above your head things that were insecurities to you were nothing but beauty to me you made me feel safe I felt myself falling in love but maybe it was the idea of love I was falling in love with maybe I was crazy.
