Corridors
Such a thing you did It shattered my heart I travel these halls lost in confusion You broke my heart when I pleaded for kindness You turned, and cast darkness I am here. Trying so hard to find light Even forage some form of hope Please ... please .... please ..... please ......... Please... don't send me back to the cellar Where the darkness feasts Where the ice is a priest My feet ...... I need at least And though I left you I find your demons watching me! Red beaty eyes patient for my gasp The shock, the horror, the terror! I left! But still you followed me here. Although your face is gone And although your physical inflictions disappeared You are still here. In my heart Where all I wanted was to feel the love I gave While I walk these familar halls, I try my best to find the door But it seems it melted away like snow And your prescence paints the wallpaper All I can think of is you mum.
