Confession
I am writing to confess my feelings to you for the second time. Perhaps you don't recall my previous confession, but I'm here to express them again. This might be my last attempt, and I hope it will help me finally move on. You once asked me; "Pano mo ako nagustohan? Ano'ng nagustohan mo sa 'ko?"—a question that has lingered in my mind. To be honest, I'm still trying to figure out what drew me to you and why my feelings have persisted. Reading our old conversations has made me realize how immature I was to hold on to the past. I've come to understand that I've been stuck, reminiscing about what we had, and struggling to let go. I've tried to move on, even attempting to like someone else, but it didn't work. A part of me whispers that my heart belongs to you alone. It's almost humorous, isn't it? That I've harbored these feelings for so long—almost five years, to be exact. I know it sounds unbelievable, even to myself. Perhaps it's time for me to forget what we had and move forward. I'm taking this step, not just to confess my feelings, but to find closure and begin my journey toward healing.
