coffee, anyone?
an old woman I used to know once owned a diner. Silvia Splatts was her name, and yet she never seemed to get any kinder... in fact, she was.. It's too kind.. under that smile, I suspected not much but that was only the finishing touch. As a normal customer, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. But soon, many people left, which I felt was "extraordinary." From the mailman to the town nanny, things felt strange. maybe Silvias Coffee had a change of game. Days pass, weeks, months almost..I was the only one left. Silvia created a new coffee called "Red Velvet Cake." So I tried it because I felt bad over the fact that I was the only customer she could get. From that sip, I blacked out I couldn't scream or shout. it was dark, and I felt like my time here was done. it smelt like rot, and I thought... what have I become? Then silivia yelled from the counter "Fresh cups!" "Coffee, anyone?"
