Cloud
The cloud comes and blocks out the sun. Casting in shadows, this field where I once used to have fun. I sit out there, and I wait. I sit out there and wonder if all this darkness is now my fate. Will this cloud ever leave? Will I ever feel the sun again. Warm and free. I take another look at this cloud. And I realize that no, it's never going to leave. For when I look at this cloud, I finally can see. That cloud, that darkness, it is me.
