close my eyes

I close my eyes and see your face, I can still remember how you taste. Years have passed since you have been gone. I am frozen in time as you have moved on. I can hear your whispers in my ear just for a second it felt as if you were here. Your warm breath on my neck and the peace I felt with your head upon my chest. I know you are happy in your new place and I see that smile he brings to your face. How could something so real be taken away. It takes all I got to just make it through the day. I dont know how much more I can take. Every day its harder to breath as the pain inside swallows all of me. I just pray before I leave this place that I close my eyes and see your face.
