Clear
If a fire is lit in me The smoke will cloud my eyes It burns in the heat ugly with deceit Then brings tears to your lies My skin melts in sadness Drenched in the sweat of outrage The screams of my madness Wrack through me like wind to a page But through the haze a light Of gentle soothing blue Reaches out holds me preventing flight The touch of a soft cold hue Holds me down in tragedy Keeps me alive In my attempts to flee Pins me into the hive
