Chunky Steps
Are we meant to always be certain of our next moves and decisions. Well I'm uncertain and it's a fact, in many ways I've crossed a threshold that should never be crossed Then I find myself gasping for air as though I didn't decide to take the steps across Right now in this moment, uncertainty is a friend Logic a distant enemy. Either way, those chunky steps must be made. Many nights the eyes lay asleep but the mind stays awake. Navigating through the many possibilities of another mistake and how to prevent it. At the break of dawn it realizes some mistakes must be made to learn. A bitter taste in the mouth a bigger thorn to the flesh. Then we find ourselves asking the question 'was this the plan?' Cause we know this shouldn't be it.
