Christmas
As we age, and Christmas comes around, It feels as though the magic's lost its sound. But is it Christmas that has changed its ways, Or have we grown, in these fleeting days? The joy and anticipation, once so bright, Now seem a distant memory, lost to the night. Is it the world that's shifted, turning cold, Or are we simply getting old? We yearn for peace, a solace deep within, To mend the wounds, the pain we've held within. As Christmas draws near, a gentle plea, For hearts at ease, and souls set free.
