I never chose to be here I never chose to be the eldest daughter I never chose to feel so empty I never chose to overthink I chose to do stupid I chose to smile at my hardest I chose to be a better person I chose to want to run away I never asked for trouble I asked for happiness not misjudgment or pain I'm greatful for life but it doesn't deserve me
