I hate change There's nothing fun about it I have to re-adjust Rebuild from scratch What I once had Destroyed yet again Some things remain But it's largely changed "It's just life" "You are growing" These common fools bellow In excitement But I know the sad truth A year becomes shorter Your life becomes faster Slowly you near the inevitable end point Change is not fun It's a symbol You are aging I hate Change
