chains of pain
oh here I go again on my change of pain I lay here even dreading to set my feet on the pins and needles in the floor and then standing as I listen to my body work at getting the pops and cracks out for the long day ahead all this would go through these shackles our own chains of pain one day though I know I will not have to endure the change they will be set free on a cloud heading for far away from my body and mind there will be no more shackles of pain and what it will feel like to work and carry about free from what has held us back for so long as I said writing my feelings down it has taken but a good 40 minutes to do so far the pain and drawing cramps of Ra is no fun when to write you pull your fingers your hands and adjust your forearm on each word people can't just sit there and say they know how you feel I always making fun of you or even saying you're doing it to get out of work until you have walked in our shoes keep your opinions to yourself because it could come back to haunt you later on I can tell you no one in their right mind will want to carry the bonds of these chains of pain everyday not unless they have to just think sometimes at night there's no sleep cause you're sore and in pain your body
