Caught in the Chaos
...errrr Isn't it really irritating, the crowded chaos of the world? Dwelling among others, chasing satisfaction, As time ticks on, pushing us to confront our woes. Securing your position grows harder with every fault, Rules, regulations, and protocols shift with every situation. The critics' guns are broad, ready to shatter ethics, In a world of mixed ingredients, unless you craft your own dish. The tentacles are sharp, too dangerous to hold, Yet the attraction still drives us mad, uncontrolled. Neither blood nor tears seem to matter at all, Unless you fulfill the checklist, answering the call. Daunting, isn't it, seeking purpose in the scramble, As momentum fades, we struggle to nurture the seed. Time extends beyond nine, never keeping its bounds, It begins at nine but stretches far beyond, And still, everyone answers, "we're fine." Paying our everyday fines, with passing time, Sublime how we survive, and scenic the way people Arrive again the next day.
