I placed down my book and ate my cheesecake its sweetness made my tongue dance with glee People talking like a background ambiance I cozy up on my seat basking, feeling free By myself in the café but not truly lonely Drinking my tea enjoying it fully I know tomorrow's challenges will come and rear it's ugly head But today let me relax, unwind, and let me be fed
