Burning
I know you always said you never cared about the rain. You saw the muddy waters, just like I did. You couldn't stand the dirt, you couldn't stand the fog and uncertainty. You ignored it, diverted your attention to something else. You were afraid to reach that part of your mind that created those horrid images. You pushed it, pushed it back. While you were pushing, I saw horrors. While you were living in blissful unawareness of what was to come, I was dying, burning alive. However, a part of me stayed and is growing again.
