**Broken Home**
Papa, thank you for the lessons hard-earned— How to live without warmth, To be alone in a crowded world, To bury emotions in a vault of stone. You taught me fear, a silent scream, Taught me to loathe the blood we share, To curse the name I wear like chains, A heritage I never asked to bear. Mama, thank you for the marks you left, For carving mistakes deep into my soul, For words so sharp they sliced my skin, Now forever woven into the whole. Mama, Papa, I walked away From the ruins you called home— A body moving, a soul decayed, Still haunted by the love unknown. The voices echo in my head, The only thing that kept me here, Yet even they are fading now, Whispers lost to the growing fear. You made me strong, you made me cold, But left me empty, barely whole.
