💔 broken hearts
*Pieces of Her* *Paragraph 1: The Break* Her heart didn’t shatter in one loud moment. It cracked slowly. In the texts left on read. In the “I’ll call you later” that never came. In the nights she smiled in public and cried in her car. One day she realized she was loving someone who had already left. *Paragraph 2: The After* After him, the quiet got loud. Her room felt bigger. Her music sounded different. She replayed every “almost” and asked herself what she did wrong. Nothing, mostly. Some people are just better at leaving than staying. But her chest didn’t know that yet. It only knew how to ache. *Paragraph 3: The Becoming* She’s picking up the pieces now. Not all at once. Some days she’s strong. Some days she misses him like a habit. But she’s learning to be her own safe place. She’s writing it down so it doesn’t live in her throat anymore. One day she’ll read this and say, “ja, that was me… but it’s not me now.” Want me to make this one longer, or change it so it’s from her point of view in first person?
