Broken Hearted Girl

When we met, i didn't know if what we had was real. Years passed, and i was still not sure. I always keep myself on guard. Then, one day, i finally decided to put that guard down. I gave my all to you. I opened my safe place to you I placed the key to my heart in your hands. Then suddenly, you broke my heart. I guess you were just waiting for the key to ruin me. I went through this terrible depression breakdown session. You broke not my heart but also me as a person. You made me suffer mentally, physically, and verbally. Then God stepped in, and he helped me to put back the pieces of my heart together. I'm not yet healed as a person, but God is helping me to get there. Now you will never ever get the chance to break me again. No! Nope! Once I have God by my side, you won't be able to hurt me anymore. You broke me once I smiled You broke me twice, and I cried If you break me the 3rd time, then I guess I deserve it because I was stupid enough to give you a 3rd chance.
