broken
you took it from me, smashed it apart and what was I to do, but stare paralyzed, within my own self my past, present, future realizing I was just as fragile, just as broken and I never knew those shattered bits of a reality that never was or never could be at all and here I am, paralyzed all the more lost, and wondering whether I had really lost myself back then, and if so then could that self be retrieved could it be worth it, whatever it was but of course it was not, and I was not for I was broken and lost frozen and paralyzed in a nest of an eternally dreadful comfort of which reality and shattering would only break and tear me further apart
