Bring back 'US'
I love you still, with all my soul, But the distance grows, it takes its toll. You say you love me, and I know it’s true, Yet each day feels harder to reach you. I miss the man you used to be, The one who made me feel so free. I wish for the warmth of days gone by, When love would glisten in your eye. Please don’t be harsh, it hurts so deep, Last night I cried myself to sleep. With every tear, my heart would plead, For your love to heal what I need. This pain is heavy, it’s hard to bear, Periods, withdrawal—I’m worn with care. My body is weak, my spirit worn, Yet your love could mend what’s torn. I long for you to understand, To hold my heart within your hand. To see the ache, to feel my plea, To bring back the love that made us “we.” Bring back the man who wiped my tears, Who banished doubts and calmed my fears. The one whose laughter lit my days, Who loved me in a thousand ways. Please bring back my "Mon," my rock, my guide, Let love and care stand by my side. I miss the us that felt so whole, The love that anchored my fragile soul. Only your love can heal this pain, To bring the sun after endless rain. Let’s fight for us, don’t let it end, Let love revive, let hearts transcend.
