BRIGHTER, LIGHTER MORNINGS
I slept yesternight with all my doubts used my worries as a pillow cuddled with my insecurities my troubles lulled me to sleep my work undone were my nightmares the bridges I burnt, ties severed like the bites of bugs but I am glad for they are all mine no one's baggage went to bed with me you dare ask" you got no friends?" sure I do, but their tears are mine their encumbrances twice heavy for those who bled for me and with me no longer have distinct bodies we got fused into one and as I woke up this morn all troubles of yesterday, all mine went with the dark of night to a better day folks
