boss

what's a good boss? I don't really know but a boss should work hard if they want their revenue to grow they should lead by example they should show how it's done and never show a bias that's how a company should run they should take responsibility when they make a bad choice they should remind an employee that he/she has a voice if they're new and need some help they should be thankful as they learn and show the staff they appreciate not randomly just be stern they should offer advancement to those who qualify reward hard work and reliability and surely NEVER lie that's how I would be if I ever were a boss but that's not happening soon ultimately, their loss.
