Bleed and Seen by Silver Sheen
I sit alone beneath the nights eye As the silver pupil stares down from high Like a coroner studying wounds of dead It examines the fears of which I dread Cutting me open like sharp steel of scalpel Peeling apart my flesh to reveal pain of which I grapple Poking and prodding at every tender nerve While smiling its silver grin as it continues to observe I try to run but never escape This painful twisted moonscape My flesh is my mind being barren This pain is every emotional scar far from foreign I am but an autopsy beneath the silver eye As I relieve the years of which I will always cry
