Black Ice
When your soul is near mine Frost begins to cover the walls and floor. The ice of your touch breaks the lock on the door. So I can't shut you out. I'm frozen to the bed Ice crystals covering me by your stare My hair looks like a freezing fog, so beautifully coated, and dangerously fagile So when your near I must be careful So I will not shatter like glass barely able to breathe, I see my breath dancing in front of me with snowflakes drifting in a frozen silence Your icy love looks beautiful, almost poetic Yet as dangerous as the black ice you leave behind.
