H.S.Hassan is the name which is well known by all the people of shimoga district. For me he was a great personality ,because my childhood had a impression on my mind H.S.Hassan my grandfather was a great personality in the field of politics and social work. I am not a proper person,nor i am capable to speak about my grandfather. But the story told by my mother about her Mama (kaka) H.S.Hassan made me his admirer. My mother Asha told me about his personality and the story which I would like to share on behalf of my mother Asha Asha said " People call him Hassan but for me he is " Bhishma pita maha" ji he himself was a great writer,poet,singer and above all he was a politician and social worker who was a great soul who brought up us and gave good education,taught us the meaning of life motivated us to participate in every field to prove ourself.In our family every person is a poet,singer,writer, performer,poitician and social worker.All this qualities and talents are his gift for our generation,he made our marriage and fulfilled his responsibility as a father But his love affection,careing and responsibilities never changed. He was a motivator who thaught the lessons of life,by his practical way of living life,
