Biking to the Moon
The wind creeks and chatters as I soar. My bike's tires spin in multiphonic shrieks. As I ascend I retire the agony the earth wreaked. I leave behind this material façade, such a bore. The moon glistens a crimson hue, Welcoming my wounded soul. As I approach her, my ever closer goal, I tast the liberation of lunar bleu.
