Beyond Reach ........... There's no other feeling Like the warmth of love, Her arms are wide open Her songs are soothing So where is the warmth here I need to know. Through these words Love struggles to be seen, From her veins smiles flow But her words are not for everyone Those who seek her Let them be ready. On my skin Her arms are seen, Her songs still play within me Her symphonies still make me swoon But with whom do I share this with My questions go unanswered My pleas go unheard So what else do I do But to surrender to loneliness. Like a whirlwind She storms my mind, Everything she brings Brings me joy Everything she inspired Turns to gold My soul is lost to her Now all I seek is peace Love isn't for everyone My road to love closed a long time ago Her arms are still open Who can ever reach her. © Adiela Michael
