Between the Lines
I won’t hide it this time, no codes, no disguise, if you read this now, just know it’s not lies. Every poem before, every line you saw, had pieces of you in ways I never said before. The colors I wrote in were never random or new, every shade of orange was always tied to you. And all those little hints, the ones you might’ve missed, about a hero in red yeah… it was always this. I stayed in the quiet, I cared from a distance, even when silence started building resistance. And maybe it all made sense in ways I never showed, but everything I wrote down was just the truth I couldn’t hold.
