Better Days.
The days are brighter, The nights are quieter, My life is becoming better. No longer does my body feel ache, No longer does my wrist of any part of my skin feel pain. No longer does my brain try to make me insane. I've smiled more, I've laughed more, I've sung more. Sometimes, I reflect back, Compare myself to the girl behind my back. But now, she would nod with a grin, But now, she would shake her head and throw her hands into the air, But now, she would yell so loud that would shake the ground. She would be proud, She would be confused, But she would nod and shake her head. So, For over the months, I've seen better days. Better than the ones I've already faced.
