beauty of blue
When you think of the color blue, people just think of sadness or sorrow. And people use the term “feeling blue” when they are down but why must it always be filled with such sensitive and upsetting thoughts? Why can't blue represent endless beauty? Blue represents the beauty of a vast ocean, filled with life and purity. Fish dancing in the beautiful water, with sunlight trickling down. Colorful coral fills the emptiness, not once a bit of space is left untouched, even the deepest and darkest caves are recognized. And blue represents the clear sky above a playground, laughter from little kids echoing off of the slide, sweet kids who know of no such sadness. There are bunnies bouncing in luscious green grass, butterflies fluttering in the soft breeze, and birds soaring with such bravery. Blue represents beautiful blue sapphire stones and the story of the Seal of Solomon, where a King had a ring with a big blue sapphire. That sapphire gave him the ability to speak to animals and connect all lives on Earth. In my eyes, blue is overseen. It signifies beauty of all sorts.
