Bargain for the past
Please, Lord — make her stay, make her not go. For what I am is when I am with her. Don’t take myself away from me. Please — I beg you — stay. Don’t go. Tell me how you want me to be. I’ll break, then re-forge myself in whatever shape your soul, molds my pieces to be, but please, just stay. Tell me how to love you the way you want to be loved. I’ll love you in every way- Every way there could be. But please, just stay. With me. I will do anything — but please, don’t go. I beg you — show this soul some mercy. Keep loving me. Please. Please, Lord — bring her back. Take my soul in return, but make her come back to me. If not you, then I’ll bargain my soul to the devil itself — if it could mean her return. Even if I have to lose my soul, I want her back. This one last bargain I wish to make with you: Take all I have now, And promise me her return. Yet even he, chose to leave me in silence- As i'm left to bargain- With I,myself and me.
