bandaged Wounds
When we were younger falling was the worse thing that could happen it ruined are days and are parents. concrete was the enemy the open flesh would be drenched by the tears the tears that feel from the tear ducts as you hoped it wouldn't be a scar. the burning sensation of the medicine was even worse "that means it's working she said" getting to pick out a bandaid was the best part as we let it fall off on its own because no one dare touch it. The wound of the shot going into your arm as you can't even catch your breath A wound of the holes in your ears The wound of losing your favorite toy the wound of losing your pet The harsh wound of a broken heart the wound of being bullied the wound of losing someone you love no bandaid could ever fix the wound will always be left open being drenched with the tears and there will always be a scar
