BACK STAB
Frozen yet alive No breath yet regretting Short yet happened so fast With a decade estimated damage A reality in disbelief You open your eyes Unaware if you're dead or alive Eyes gazing at the ground Seeing it raining blood From a precise back stab Now you stand Upon a tight pulling rope Maybe it is the last With a daily full empty belly The hand you welcomed concealed the blade But such is life And bitterness is a heavier burden than the wound itself Forgiveness is divine I forgive The hand that carried the blade Most importantly myself For today And tomorrow Listen there is something important about forgiveness. Imperfections make us humans yes but forgiving is divine. Forgiveness has never been only for anyone who wronged us, it's for the peace of an individual self. When you forgive, you give life to the other person. You give yourself a room to see good things regardless of the flaws. Above all, forgiveness gives you a possibility to proceed with life peacefully. Be kind ❤️ Ends
