Autumn's anxiety
And in the midst of the noise, I let my mind drift away. I didn't want to be there, and I made it clear. The autumn blizzard made it impossible to think; it hurt me. I believe my anxiety is tied to the cold, or to the absence of finding shelter once winter arrives. have asked my body to cling to me, to endure. I have begged it to take one more step, and I've forced it not to think. There are no more aces up my sleeve, no second chances, and I am not prepared if this plan fails. The coin is in the air... and I still don't know which side to choose.
