Autumn Moon
Hot August's nights did not fly by too soon but am I ready for this autumn moon? She hangs so forlorn in the air tonight. And holds fast my heart with countenance so bright. Her silvery face so shadow-bedighted, instills in my heart a hope re-ignited. It's belaying my fears And my hopes from the past. My dreams of my love resound in my heart. For all my dreams still last, we were us from the start.
