Ashes
You left me with poison in my mouth, with your hands dirty with your guilt, You played the part of the wounded saint while you held me inside your trap. You cried enough to drown me, You screamed until I lost my voice, And every lie that you sowed in me it has bloomed like a bramble on the skin. The blood in your dreams was not mine, was not my fault that you carried, But you sewed my name to your wounds, You made me the monster of your extinguished nightmares. Do you think it was ok? To do this with a little girl? It's easy to manipulate someone like that, isn't it? Die. And now it burns, it burns in the remains of you, In the shadows of your empty excuses, let the wind scatter your memory. You will never be my burden to carry again.
