As I Stare From Afar.
I am smart, strong, confident, I am powerful, And yet, as I stare from afar, He becomes my entire world, His tan skin, soft smile, and his hair as dark as coal, His eyes are black as night, Yet when the lights hit ever so perfectly, They become stars of infinite wonder, Kind, soft spoken, He brings joy and yet, He doesn't even know I exist, Wishing I wasn't too afraid to leave from afar, Fore it is because of him, that I have become weak.
