He looked back at what he had done: his finest work of art, crafted with tools so easy to obtain these days. He painted her head with illusions— imaginative, yes, but false in the end. In her stomach, he placed butterflies, the kind everyone talks about when they say they’re in love. It was that basic. The heart was the easiest part to make: the girl was good. So he filled it with lies, the kind any innocent soul could fall for. He looked at his work once more and thought: "like bees to honey". He zipped up and walked away. And she still wonders why.
