are you ok ?

my friends say are you ok I say yes without them Knowing that I'm not ok. But if they knew the truth they would be crying and I don't want them to cry so I just lie to my friends and myself I say I'm fine and I always have and always will be but I'm not fine I was never fine I just lie to make people happy to me that is the solution but it's never the solution sometimes i wish that I was ok but I was never ok
