Apricity
Just for a while Unable to walk through a strange scent Sudden barriers, closeness felt distance The bond we shared, still inked in innocence. In facile greatness, we were untangled. Now once a replica, turned shattered reflection Eaten melancholy, humming—the loss of time In motion, the sky was clear back then. Rushing games, warmth reflects manzanita trees. In so doing, sneering echoes unruly Small tainted fingertips, colored wax painted Habits of doodling bears ignited, and so the second stage started. Funny tricks of life began to fool us. Or—maybe—a foolish me changed after all Rather, it remained intangible. Engraved crestfallen Vast expectation Enviousness aroused Reality turned hostile; yet, you—again Reappeared in my paracosm Embraced me with a hiraeth feeling Memories prompt inside my head. And, tick of time, you lifted me. In that moment, we laughed and shared secrets. Now, I'm your human diary. Enjoy the bond; distance feels connected, yet Dread time—began unfolding Merely at the adult stage, dreams are bigger. Young minds meet horizon reality. To sail is to go further away from home. With your journey, a promise is made. In times, together we'll survive. Never alone; bonvoyage Tine!
