Anxious love (Not love)
She is emotionally dependent. She expresses too much. She loves too much, attaches too fast, and wants him to show up every time. She cries at small delays, counts minutes between replies, chases reassurance like air. truth is - She lets fear lead her, protecting herself from a lie— the lie that says: “If I give love, I will be hurt.” She is scared to give love. She destroys her peace trying to protect it. She thinks she is loving, but she is only taking Lonely. Desperate for safety. Starving for validation. But a heart ruled by fear- has no capacity to give love. She forgets that the other person is human— not a constant presence, not a cure, not a guarantee. He has fears. He has pain. He has a life he doesn’t share, because he thinks “Maybe she will break if she sees me weak.” But she doesn’t notice. She is too busy surviving her anxiety, too busy asking for comfort, too busy drowning in her own thoughts. This is not devotion. This is trauma speaking. This is anxiety in disguise. And it is not beautiful. It is not romantic. It is not a gift. It is a curse— to hurt the people who love you without meaning to. If you are her, heal. Before fear teaches you how to lose love without ever giving it. because I'm her.
