anxiety chains

I'm tired of being in these chains surrounded by emotions I can't control,is there any hope, any hope for me or we or what I'm meant to be bc in reality it's anxiety keeping me in these chains holding me down to the ground where I can't not breath the anxiety has ahold of me tightly so tight I may break these chains someday
