Anxiety
This dark cloud finds its way in. Obscuring everything. Even my mind begins. To feel like it's drowning. In a sea of negativity. Where I struggle to breathe. Something takes hold of my feet. And pulls me beneath. I start to scream with no sound. As the water rushes down. My throat and I begin to drown. In the selince of near death. It's a calming place to destress. And just before my eternal rest. I'm pushed back to the surface. Where I can finally catch my breath. This cycle repeats. Everytime my anxiety. Reaches its peak. And my anxiety. Has complete control of me.
