my cheeks are flushed stained with drips and dops of black running all the way down to my neck my hand are shaking it doesn't matter what I try I can't make them stop my heart Is racing ast fast as can be it pounding so hard it my jump out of me my chest is so heavy, it's so hard to breathe it feels like a d elephant on top of my chest my leg is bouncing up and then down over and over there's not even a sound the thoughts in my head i get lost in an instant I can't help but to think of the worst does this shirt make me look fat are they talking about you are you loved are you going to get bullied if you say something wrong all of these thing you put me through what is there to acheive do I just not matter at all to you of course not you're Anxiety
