Anxiety
Anxiety grips me tight, Squeezing my chest all through the night. Thoughts racing, heart pounding fast, Will this feeling ever pass? Breathing deep, trying to calm, But the worry is like a storm. Telling myself it's okay, But the fear just won't go away. Feeling overwhelmed and scared, But I know I'll be prepared. Taking each moment as it comes, Hoping for brighter days to come. Anxiety may be my foe, But I'll face it with a smile, you know. I'll keep pushing through the fear, Knowing that I am strong, my dear. So here's to all who struggle too, We'll get through this, me and you! Just remember, you're not alone, Together, we'll make anxiety known.
